Hand tremors do not necessarily mean a disease, but if it occurs regularly, increases, or other symptoms are associated with it, it is worth having it checked out, because it may be due to, among other things, a neurological disease, hyperthyroidism, low blood sugar or a side effect.
Hand tremors are a common phenomenon that can be caused by stress, sleep deprivation, too much caffeine, but also more serious diseases can be triggered in the background.
Essential tremor is most commonly manifested on the move, while Parkinson’s disease is characterized by resting tremors, and in both cases, additional neurological symptoms
